Every three years the Stahl Innovationszentrum (Steel Innovationcentre) Düsseldorf awards the prize with a total value of EURO 60 000 in the categories »Steel Design«, »Products in Steel«, »Steel for Research & Development« and »Constructional Components and Systems in Steel for Building«.
Entries: entitled to participate are persons, companies, institutions and joint ventures in science and economy with domicile in Germany. Projects submitted must have been developed in the last five years.
Prizes and distinctions: the prize has a total value of EURO 60 000. Prize-winners receive a sculpture in glass and steel as trophy.
