The admission of a company takes place upon a proposal by a committee, or by application. Admission is fundamentally open to any company, insofar as the criteria are fulfilled. There is no claim for admission, however, and the decision of the committee is decisive. All prevailing entries are checked and assessed by the committee. Should a reassessment of prevailing entries make it necessary, in individual cases the deletion of an entry may be inevitable.

- Description (size, type and background of the company, key persons, current service highlights – ca. 900 characters)
- Up to three exemplary references
- Up to six representative work samples (GIF or JPEG) with right of publication
