"Epd Film", the film magazine of the Evangelical Press Service founded in 1984, addresses film and video fans, cinema operators and film professionals. Its authors are leading film journalists such as Georg Seesslen, Anke Sterneborg and Hans Schifferle. The richly illustrated 56-page magazine costs 4,90 €. It contains a topical journal with festival reports, news, articles on film policy and the film industry, book reviews and a video and DVD column. Major subjects alternate between individual film countries, genres, epochs, directors, actors/actresses, camerapersons or composers. Each issue also features around 20 reviews of current cinema films.
